Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop STEM kits focused on science education.
• Create detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Collaborate with educators and designers to align kits with curriculum standards.
• Test prototypes and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in educational product development.
• Understanding of modern pedagogical methods.
• Prior involvement in school outreach or STEM education initiatives.
