About the role

We are seeking a talented Product Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of Arbor's product offerings, focusing on enhancing our software infrastructure and applications. If you're passionate about building high-impact features and improving existing systems, we want to hear from you!

Core responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions in .NET and related technologies
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, monitoring performance and making enhancements as needed
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process by capturing and sharing best practices and learnings

Requirements

About you

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development, particularly with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable code and a commitment to continuous learning
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Bonus skills

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
• Understanding of RESTful web services and API integration
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
