Product Developer

Role Overview: As a Product Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing new products and features, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with Credit Users, Technology partners, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive business and technical requirements. Your attention to detail and analytical thinking will play a crucial role in the success of our products. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives - Lead the creation of financial spreading templates for diverse business needs - Develop scalable and maintainable templates and data models - Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies for on-time delivery - Create a product vision aligned with business priorities and roadmap for delivery - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as product owner in a cross-functional Agile team - Coordinate design and delivery of products or features to product release - Provide user support during testing, rollout, and post-production support - Develop training materials, user guides, and onboarding documentation - Identify solutions across data analytics, reporting, CRM, Trade Workflows, and trade processing - Focus on controls and governance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Ability to build networks and relationships internally and externally - Familiarity with product development methodologies - Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in product development - Knowledge of analytical tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, Access - Strong attention to detail and process/analytic mindset - Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and drive results - Project Management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Note: This job description provides a comprehensive overview of the role and responsibilities.
