Product Developer

As a Business Analytics Int Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for gathering operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance. You will identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision-making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, and more. Your role will involve recommending actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies. Additionally, you may be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis. It will be your responsibility to translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings. Key Responsibilities: - Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders - Identify data patterns & trends to enhance business decision-making - Recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities - Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources and tools - Work closely with internal and external business partners in building and implementing decision strategies - Assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 5-8 years of total experience - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Experience in Wholesale Lending and Data Analysis - Experience in technology change, either as an end user, product manager, or business analyst - Ability to translate end user needs into tangible work products for technology engineers - Track record of working across multiple stakeholders and collaborating with various technology partners - Operate within a JIRA Agile environment - Advanced process management skills, organized and detail-oriented - Curious about learning and developing new skillsets - Positive outlook with a can-do mindset Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
