Product Developer

Job Summary-

We are looking for a Product Developer who can develop new designs in trackpants, T-shirts, shorts, and activewear. Candidate should understand fabrics, fits, measurements, and sampling.

Responsibilities-

• New product development (trackpants, tees, shorts)
• Selecting fabrics, trims, accessories, zippers, drawcords
• Making product specs, measurement sheets & tech packs
• Coordinating with pattern master & sampling team
• Approving samples & ensuring correct fitting
• Quality checking during production
• Market research for new designs & trends
• Maintaining product costing & BOM
• Ensuring timely sample development and production handover

Requirements-

• Knowledge of activewear fabrics (polyester lycra, interlock, micro poly, Taiwan lycra, etc.)
• Understanding of stitching, GSM, trims, prints, labels
• Ability to create measurement charts
• Product creativity + trend awareness
• Experience in garment manufacturing (preferred)
• Fresh candidates with strong interest can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,291.99 - ₹62,079.01 per month
