The Role

Product Designer

You’ll own end-to-end product design from concept to pixel-perfect delivery and play a key role in shaping how our users experience Recrivio’s digital products.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for our web and dashboard-based SaaS platforms.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes in

  Figma

  .
• Build and maintain a

  scalable design system

  with reusable components.
• Collaborate closely with developers for smooth handoffs and seamless execution.
• Craft visually consistent marketing creatives — landing pages, social posts, and pitch decks.
• Ensure accessibility, clarity, and brand consistency across every screen.
• Translate abstract ideas into beautiful, functional designs that drive real impact.

What You’ll Need

UI/UX Design

• Strong fundamentals in usability, interaction design, and information architecture
• Expertise in

  Figma

  (Auto Layout, Variants, Design Systems, Prototyping)
• Experience designing responsive dashboards and web apps

Visual Design

• Adobe Photoshop

  - image editing, compositing, and UI visuals

• Adobe Illustrator

  - icons, illustrations, and brand assets

• After Effects / Premiere Pro

  - motion graphics or micro-interactions (nice to have)
• Strong grip on typography, color systems, and brand storytelling

Collaboration

• Tools like

  Notion / Linear / Jira

  for workflows

• Figma Inspect / Zeplin

  for developer handoff

• Slack / Teams

  for day-to-day collaboration

Bonus Points

• Experience designing SaaS or HRTech products
• Familiarity with
