About The Opportunity

A high-growth SaaS player in the automotive data analytics sector, we deliver an advanced platform that transforms complex vehicle data into actionable insights for fleet operators, OEMs, and logistics teams. Our intuitive dashboards and analytics tools empower customers to optimize performance, reduce costs, and drive innovation across their operations. We're seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our Bengaluru team and elevate user experiences for our next generation of products.Role & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for complex dashboards and data visualizations, ensuring seamless interactions.
Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to guide implementation and maintain design integrity.
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product suite.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within a SaaS or B2B product environment.
Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
Experience designing complex dashboards and data visualization interfaces.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate handoff with developers.
Experience maintaining or evolving a centralized design system in Figma or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and lean UX methodologies.
