Job Description

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and product goals.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Design intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience while aligning with brand guidelines.
Iterate on feedback and performance data to continuously improve UI/UX quality.
Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system and UI components library.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, and final visual designs.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
