Product Designer - UI/UX

As a UI/UX Designer at our high-growth SaaS company specializing in automotive data analytics, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex vehicle data into actionable insights for fleet operators, OEMs, and logistics teams. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance user experiences by designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for our advanced platform, enabling our customers to optimize performance, reduce costs, and drive innovation. Your key tasks will include conducting comprehensive user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points. You will design user-friendly interfaces for complex dashboards and data visualizations, ensuring seamless interactions. By creating detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, you will effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders and collaborate closely with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to guide implementation while maintaining design integrity. Additionally, you will develop and uphold a cohesive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product suite, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS or B2B product environment. You should demonstrate expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, along with a strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, UI/UX best practices, and accessibility standards. Your proven ability to conduct user research, translate insights into actionable design decisions, and experience in designing complex dashboards and data visualization interfaces will be highly valued. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams are essential for this role. While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate handoff with developers, experience in maintaining or evolving a centralized design system in Figma or similar tools, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and lean UX methodologies.
