Product Designer

Product Designer (1–3 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, intelligent, and visually compelling experiences across the travel journey. You’ll work end-to-end — from concept to polished UI — collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. You’ll help evolve our design system, run quick validation cycles, and leverage AI-driven workflows to supercharge both design process and product experience.

Role DescriptionYou will:

• Design end-to-end user journeys — from discovery and trip planning to booking and post-trip engagement
• Translate insights, user behaviors, and metrics into actionable design decisions
• Create clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with scalability in mind
• Conduct quick usability tests to validate hypotheses and iterate rapidly
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and business teams to ship impactful features
• Build and evolve our design system from the ground up to enable consistency and faster iteration
• Explore AI-assisted workflows (e.g., generating variations, design automation, personalization ideas)
• Present design concepts with clarity, confidence, and strong rationale to cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience designing digital products (web or mobile)
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end thinking — from problem discovery to final designs
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, and visual design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
• Ability to build quick, functional prototypes (low-fi to high-fi) for testing and alignment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and cross-functional environment
• Experience contributing to or building design systems
• Clear communication skills — able to explain design decisions with empathy and logic
• Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to enhance design workflows and user experience

Bonus / Good-to-Have

• Degree from a reputed design school or experience working in a design studio
• Motion design and micro-interaction skills that elevate product delight
• Illustration or creative storytelling abilities
• Experience with AI tools such as Figma Make, Builder.io, Replit, Lovable, or similar

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
