Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Product Designer to craft intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in UX principles, UI systems, product workflows, and design strategy, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions. This role involves hands-on work across UX research, product thinking, UI design, prototyping, testing, and building design systems, while closely collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful, high-impact design outcomes.

Primary Design Stack & Tools

• Design Tools:

  Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects optional)

• UX & Research:

  User journeys, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, personas

• UI & Visual:

  Design systems, grids, typography, color theory, components, micro-interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences

  by understanding product requirements, user needs, and business goals.

• Translate product ideas into structured UX outputs,

  including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models.

• Create visually polished UI designs

  that follow best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and modern design standards.

• Develop, maintain, and expand design systems

  to ensure visual consistency across all products and features.

• Conduct user research & usability testing

  to gather insights and validate design decisions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers & developers

  to ensure design feasibility, clarity, and smooth handoff.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles

  throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Participate in product strategy discussions

  , helping define features, requirements, and workflows.

• Deliver pixel-perfect designs

  and maintain high standards of visual and interaction quality.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience

  as a Product Designer / UI UX Designer working on web or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating

  UX reasoning, UI execution, design systems, and real-world product impact

  .
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: information architecture, usability heuristics, user flows, interaction patterns, and accessibility.
• Ability to create detailed prototypes for user testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Experience working with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Familiarity with developer collaboration workflows (component libraries, handoff, assets, annotations).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ownership and accountability.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for building intuitive, elegant digital experiences.
