Product Designer

Role Overview: You will be part of Zafin's team, working on driving transformative customer value for the world's top banks. Your main responsibilities will include researching and gathering insights, producing compelling designs, organizing complex information, presenting and articulating your work, applying human-centered design methods, contributing to the design system, collaborating with other designers, managing the design workload, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors - Produce compelling designs, wireframes, prototypes, and interactions - Organize and structure complex information in an intuitive way for users - Present and articulate your work, conduct design reviews, and capture feedback - Apply human-centered design methods and accessibility standards to craft inclusive banking experiences - Contribute to and use the design system for consistency across products - Collaborate with other designers to enhance user experience - Utilize industry knowledge to improve the product - Manage design workload and ensure timely product delivery in an Agile environment - Work with cross-functional teams for effective problem-solving - Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience - Portfolio showcasing work in product UX/UI design - 5+ years of experience designing digital products in the banking industry - 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design - 3+ years of experience working in large cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools - Proven ability to deliver high-quality banking products Additional Details: Joining Zafin's team means being part of a culture that values diversity, teamwork, and high-quality work.
