Product Designer

Role Overview: You are a seasoned Product Designer responsible for leading and delivering user-centric design solutions that align business goals with customer needs. Your expertise across UX research, interaction design, and visual design will be crucial in crafting seamless and impactful digital experiences. You will work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to end-to-end design processes from discovery to execution. Key Responsibilities: - Drive high-impact design projects aligned with strategic product goals. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and maintain scalable design systems. - Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to POCs, A/B testing, and design reviews. - Ensure design consistency with brand, usability, and accessibility standards. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, preferably in B2B, B2C, or SaaS environments. - Strong portfolio showcasing design process, UX artifacts, and problem-solving approach. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, and prototyping tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
