We're Building our accessories line and are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer with a strong focus on bags and wallets to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Design original collections of bags and wallets, from concept sketches to detailed tech packs. * Conduct trend research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify design opportunities. * Select materials, hardware, and finishes that align with brand aesthetics and quality standards. * Collaborate with the product development team to oversee sampling and prototyping processes. * Ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective. * Attend fittings, product reviews, and work sessions with suppliers and vendors. * Present design concepts and collections to stakeholders and contribute to seasonal line planning. * Monitor industry trends and integrate sustainability and innovation into the design process. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Accessories Design, or a related field. * 1 + years of experience designing bags, wallets, or similar accessories. * Good Knowledge about Sustainable Products / Plant Based Leather products * Strong portfolio showcasing original bag and wallet designs. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD tools, and sketching by hand. * Excellent understanding of materials, construction techniques, and hardware. * Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines. * Knowledge of sustainability and eco-conscious materials is a plus.
