The Events Intern will be responsible for assisting in event planning, marketing, sales, and customer service tasks to support various events and programs organized by our company. Roles and Responsibilities: Client Communication for Sustainable Guides : Schedule calls with brides/guests (10 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Fri) to understand their needs and check eligibility from the data provided. Profile Research & Notes: Review brides/guests social media and maintain updated notes after each interaction. Follow-Ups & Messaging: Send polite, brand-aligned follow-ups, answer queries, and keep clients updated on next steps. Appointments & Scheduling: Confirm designer appointments and services, assist with calendar coordination and concierge services Professional Conduct: Keep client information confidential, ask for clarification when needed, and follow provided scripts. End-of-Day Summary: Submit a daily report with completed tasks, pending actions, and client notes by end of day.
