About the job This is a full-time position Events Intern role located in Mumbai/ HYBRID. The Events Intern will be responsible for assisting in event planning, marketing, sales, and customer service tasks to support various events and programs organized by our company. Good with handling AI tools & Canva. Should have experience in managing decor & guest list. Good with Brand boosting. Roles and Responsibilities: Client Communication for Sustainable Guides : Schedule calls with brides/guests (10 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Fri) to understand their needs and check eligibility from the data provided. Profile Research & Notes: Review brides/guests social media and maintain updated notes after each interaction. Follow-Ups & Messaging: Send polite, brand-aligned follow-ups, answer queries, and keep clients updated on next steps. Appointments & Scheduling: Confirm designer appointments and services, assist with calendar coordination and concierge services Professional Conduct: Keep client information confidential, ask for clarification when needed, and follow provided scripts. End-of-Day Summary: Submit a daily report with completed tasks, pending actions, and client notes by end of day. Plan and orgainze end to end events for Sustainable guides & work closely with the founders Good hands on Decor & Canva * Please note that the responsibilities outlined in this job description are subject to change based on the needs of the team and company.
