Events Intern

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist in event planning and execution across various formats.
• Support coordination and logistics during live events and pre-event preparation
• Conduct client outreach via cold calling and email communication
• Handle day-to-day operations, documentation, and backend tasks
• Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

What We're Looking For -

• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools
• A quick learner with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the event industry
• Previous event-related experience is a plus, but not mandatory
