Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Design Ownership: Take charge from initial concept, research, and ideation all the way to high-fidelity designs and delivery.
• User Immersion: Spend time with real users to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze usage patterns, session recordings, and analytics to inform and refine your designs.
• Journey Mapping & Prototyping: Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Experimentation & Iteration: Test ideas, gather feedback, and continuously improve designs to enhance user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to bring your vision to life while enjoying high creative autonomy.
• Product Vision Alignment: Understand business metrics and ensure your designs move the needle on key goals.

• End-to-End Builder: You've designed and shipped products from scratch, owning the entire lifecycle.
• User-Centric: Deeply empathetic to user needs and committed to creating experiences they love.
• Analytical: Comfortable interpreting data and metrics to guide design improvements.
• Craft-Driven: Strong design skills with a sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability.
• Versatile: Skilled in research, design thinking, and prototyping. Bonus if you have exposure to service design.
• Collaborative: Excellent communicator and team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
