Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Design Ownership: Take charge from initial concept, research, and ideation all the way to high-fidelity designs and delivery. User Immersion: Spend time with real users to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze usage patterns, session recordings, and analytics to inform and refine your designs. Journey Mapping & Prototyping: Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs. Experimentation & Iteration: Test ideas, gather feedback, and continuously improve designs to enhance user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to bring your vision to life while enjoying high creative autonomy.
