Civil Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Travel to the customer's location for on-site verification.
• Measure the land and building, including details such as the number of floors and rooms (if a building is available).
• Capture site photographs with GPS location and a selfie with the customer on the site.
• Record geo-locations of comparable properties.
• Take photographs of the EB Board and bill.
• Collect and document the four boundary information of the site.
• Gather the market rate per square foot from various sources
• Update all the gathered informations in the site inspector Application.

Preferred Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

• Fluent in reading and writing the regional language
• Diploma in Civil Engineer (Preferred) or B.E in Civil Engineer
• Basic Civil Engineering Knowledge about Land and Flat
• Proven experience in Land and Real Estate Property Portfolio

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
