Job Title: Civil Engineer – Sanction Drawing & Estimation

Salary: ₹20,000-30,000/- per month (Based on experience & skills)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to handle sanction drawings and project estimation for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate drawings and cost estimates in compliance with local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sanction drawings as per municipal and local authority norms

Develop detailed BOQs and cost estimations

Coordinate with architects, designers, and site teams

Revise drawings and estimates based on approvals and client requirements

Ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering

Experience in sanction drawings and estimatio

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Knowledge of local building rules and approval procedures

Good analytical and documentation skills

Experience:

2–5 years preferred
