Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for an organized, energetic & results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our Sales team This role requires you to oversee the sales division and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities f& someone who can maintain good customer relationships for our construction company. Qualification: MBA Graduate skills : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field. 2 years sales experience. 1 years in leadership sales position. Track record of superior performance metrics. Strong decision-making abilities. Familiarity with CRM software Responsibilities Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for meeting sales targets while also keeping good customer connections. Manage schedules and ensure client satisfaction, among other administrative chores. Dealing with customer grievances and giving any necessary sales assistance. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
