Site Inspector

Role & responsibilities

• Travel to the customers location for on-site verification.
• Measure the land and/or building, including details such as the number of floors and rooms (if a building is present).
• Capture site photographs with GPS location and take a selfie with the customer at the site.
• Record geo-locations of comparable properties.
• Take photographs of the EB Board and bill.
• Collect and document the four boundary details of the site.
• Gather market rate per square foot from multiple sources.
• Update all collected information in the Site Inspector application.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluency in reading and writing the regional language(KANNADA).
• Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Basic Civil Engineering knowledge related to land and flats.
• Prior experience in land and real estate property portfolio (preferred).
• Male Candidates only preferred.

Locations:- We have requirement is all the areas of Karnataka.

Engagement Type

• Type:

  Part-Time / Freelance (on a per-assignment basis)

• Payment per file:

  400 (released within 48 hours of site inspection)

• Average time per file:

  2030 minutes

• Work timings:

  Flexible, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on your availability (TAT is 6hrs to complete the file)

• Coverage area:

  Up to 40 km radius from your pin code
