• Want to grow and contribute to user-centred, visually compelling, and technically feasible design solutions with

  4+ years

  of experience in

  UI/UX design

  or related fields.
• Have a solid background in UX design with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver impactful projects.
• Demonstrate experience in building or maintaining a design system for multi-component, multi-platform products.
• Possess high-level skills in

  Figma,Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software

  .(We are using Figma!)
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Bonus Points for:
• Proven experience with

  Interaction/Motion Design

• Possess basic knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, fintech processes, and how KYC (Know Your Customer) works.

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Playground)

• Work independently or collaboratively to deliver innovative design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Establish and evolve design principles, interaction patterns, and design tokens to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and fellow designers to craft scalable, reusable design solutions for complex systems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
• Act as a design advocate within the organization, contributing to the growth ofthe design culture.
