Job Description

Job Summary:

Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with
product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
to understand business goals and user needs.
Design
user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
for web and mobile applications.
Conduct
user research, interviews, and usability testing
to validate design decisions.
Translate research insights into
actionable design improvements
.
Create and maintain
design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components
.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design specifications.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product requirements.
Stay updated on
design trends, best practices, and emerging tools
to continuously improve product experience.
Advocate for
user-centered design
throughout the organization.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience designing for
SaaS platforms, enterprise tools, or mobile apps
.
Familiarity with
HTML, CSS, or front-end development principles
.
Understanding of
accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design practice
