Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, functional design solutions
  
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile interfaces
  
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with user and business goals
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design iterations
  
• Use

  UX research tools and rapid prototyping methods

  to accelerate learnings about user behavior and product fit
• Maintain design consistency through a scalable design system
  

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in product design, UX/UI, or related roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency in

  Figma, Illustrator, Sketch

  , or similar design tools
• Experience with

  UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging user experiences
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience designing for

  operations tech, industrial or automotive automation, or data visualization

  tools
• Familiarity with

  HTML/CSS or low-code tools

• Exposure to

  product analytics, A/B testing, or performance dashboards

• Experience in

  cross-functional product development environments

• Interest in building solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability outcomes
