QA Engineer

Position: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Gurgaon Exp: 0-3 years

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that every release of our product delivers reliability, accuracy, and seamless user experience. You will work closely with product managers and developers to test hardware -software integrations, validate data accuracy, and improve platform stability.

Your work will directly impact system uptime, data integrity, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for web, mobile, and IoT-based applications

• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and edge-case failures

• Validate integrations between hardware devices, APIs, and software platforms
  
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
  
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results, issues, and QA metrics
  
• Contribute to process improvements in deployment, monitoring, and product quality

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in software QA or testing role

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and defect lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Cypress, or similar)

• Familiarity with API testing, data validation, and SQL queries

• Ability to create detailed and structured test documentation

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working with IoT systems, operations tech, or industrial automation platforms

• Exposure to hardware software integration testing

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)

• Experience using performance monitoring or bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)

• Understanding of data visualization or dashboard validation workflows

• Passion for building high-quality, reliable systems that drive operational excellence
