Job Description

Fabric is seeking a UI/UX Designer to elevate their AI-led interview platform. The role involves conducting UX audits, redesigning critical user flows, and creating intuitive interfaces for both recruiters and candidates. The designer will own the end-to-end design process and maintain a consistent design system.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct UX audits and identify usability friction points across candidate and admin experiences
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, clean, and high-converting interfaces
Own the end-to-end design process – from low-fidelity wireframes to polished UI mocks
Create and maintain a consistent design system (typography, colors, components, etc.)
Iterate based on feedback and user data to constantly improve the product experience
Design for multiple personas: recruiters and candidates across devices

Must Have Skills

UI/UX design for complex SaaS products
