Product Designer

Design for Impact:

• Conduct user research and play-testing to uncover player needs and pain points.
• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Create user journeys, storyboards, and presentations to communicate design intent clearly.
• Deliver a seamless and consistent experience across platforms and devices.

Build & Collaborate:

• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and prototyping frameworks.
• Participate in design critiques and cross-functional workshops to drive product excellence.

Test, Learn, Repeat:

• Build interactive prototypes and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative insights to fine-tune user flows.
• Translate complex concepts into clean, functional, and emotionally resonant designs.

Stay Ahead of the Game:

• Stay updated on gaming trends, design innovations, and competitor experiences.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices across all user touchpoints.

What qualities are we looking for?

• 4–8 years of experience in product design with a focus on UX/UI.
• Hands-on expertise across the entire design lifecycle—from user research to final implementation.
• Strong command of tools like Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experience in building and scaling design systems.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, paired with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to present design concepts and vision.
• Passion for understanding users and delivering player-first experiences.

Good to have:

• Prior experience working on gaming products or platforms.
• A personal passion for gaming—you know what it takes to make an experience truly fun.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing strong design thinking, visual excellence, and measurable impact.
