Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our design team. You will be independently owning projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop the experience for our health applications.

Education Background:

• B.Des or M.Des (Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Communication Design, Information Design, HCD)

Responsibilities:

• Discover & create solutions for complex challenges in while addressing both user needs & business needs.
• Understand the context and conceptualise ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use in a healthcare ecosystem.
• Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
• Provide design thought leadership, actively drive co-create approaches between Design and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile / Lean UX methodologies, and utilise the latest design methods, such as design sprints, collaborative design, service design, informal and formal testing and rapid prototyping.
• Build & maintain a Design System to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
• Understand and stay up to date on the latest technology & design trends, and bring new ideas to the team.
• Take complete ownership of design projects and lead the project to achieve the best output within the given constraints.

Need to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital product design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design work, processes, and thinking.
• Experience in clinical/medical applications is a plus.
• Ability to work with existing design systems and define new ones where applicable.
• Strong ability to rationalise and present design ideas and decisions effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills with keen attention to detail.
• Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
• Passion for typography, visual systems, and simplicity.
• Commitment to creating high-quality, intuitive user interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in using AI tools and plugins that enable smart workflows, effort reduction, and innovative outcomes.
