The Internship Role

UI/UX and Content Design Intern

As an intern, you will work directly with our Product team and Founders to help enhance the Sooru user experience. You will contribute to real projects, gaining invaluable experience in how a tech product is designed, developed, and communicated to its users.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Assist

  in creating wireframes, user flows, and mockups for new platform features under the guidance of our design lead.

• Contribute

  to our content creation efforts by drafting clear and concise microcopy (tooltips, button text, notifications) for the application.

• Support

  the team by conducting user research and gathering feedback to help inform design decisions.

• Help write and edit

  engaging content for our blog, social media, and website to connect with our audience of architects and design professionals.

• Collaborate

  with the product and engineering team members to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual style across the platform.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering or Design related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing academic or personal projects in UI/UX design and examples of your writing.
• A foundational understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A genuine curiosity, a strong desire to learn and enthusiasm towards tech and architecture space.
