Floe Health is an AI-driven healthcare technology company focused on fixing referral breakdowns and coordinating patient journeys across health systems. We partner with leaders across major provider networks and are building a fast-moving product team to support upcoming deployments.

Product Design Interns

Responsibilities

As a Product Design Intern, you will:

• Contribute to

  UX/UI design

  for patient, provider, and operations-facing features
• Create

  wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs

• Work in tools such as Figma

  to iterate quickly and collaborate with the team
• Conduct lightweight user research, usability reviews, and gather feedback
• Help define design systems, components, and visual guidelines
• Collaborate with engineering and product to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
• Take ownership of small features, from initial concept to final design
  

Qualifications

Required

• Pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, Product Design, or related field (any year)
• Strong foundational understanding of UX principles and UI patterns
• Experience with

  Figma

  or similar design tools
• Ability to create clean wireframes and simple prototypes
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to iterate fast
• Curiosity, initiative, and comfort working in an unstructured environment

Nice to have

• Experience designing dashboards or workflow tools
• Knowledge of design systems or component libraries
• Understanding of user research fundamentals
• A portfolio showcasing 1–2 projects (coursework or personal projects welcome)
• Familiarity with healthcare, AI tools, or SaaS products
