Product Assistant – FMCG

Job Description

Support Management in developing product portfolio and market category products for local and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential new growth areas for FMCG products.
• Product Development Support: Assist in the development of product roadmaps, timelines, and prototypes, coordinating with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between various departments, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and updates.
• Documentation & Reporting: Manage and maintain product documentation, ensuring its accuracy and completeness, and assist in preparing regular performance reports for management.
• Data & Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of products in the market, collect data, and provide insights to help refine product strategies and improve creation processes.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and processing invoices related to product development projects.
