Job Description

Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, leading and managing the marketing team, overseeing campaigns across various channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email, and analyzing performance data to drive business goals. This leadership role requires strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, as well as budget management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, including defining KPIs and targets.
  • Team leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Campaign management: Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (SEM), SEO, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Performance analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using analytics tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Budget management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and product, to ensure marketing efforts support overall company goals and lead generation.
  • Trend analysis: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams or agencies.
  • Technical skills: Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and various digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., GA4, CRM systems, marketing automation).
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret data and use it to drive strategic decisions.
  • Leadership skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is typically required, and advanced certifications can be a plus.
