Digital Content Developer

Social media content developer should take charge of developing, writing, and editing engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) for various platforms, managing content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics. Key duties involve collaborating with marketing and design teams, staying on top of social media trends, responding to audience feedback, and ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice and goals.

Responsibilities

• Content creation: Develop and create a variety of high-quality, platform-specific content, including graphics, short videos, stories, and compelling copy.
• Content strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and target audience needs.
• Content management: Create and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and timely publishing schedule across all social media channels.
• Trend research: Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform features, and algorithm changes to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign alignment.
• Experimentation: Test new content formats, such as polls, live sessions, or new platform features, to increase engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in content development, social media management, or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across different social media platforms.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, platform-specific nuances, and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹333,798.96 - ₹400,000.00 per year
