The Role
We are seeking a passionate and analytical Product Analyst with 3–4 years of experience, particularly with AI-focused projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data-informed product decisions, defining success metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and performance.Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, user behavior, and areas for product improvement
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams to define and refine product features
• Evaluate the performance of AI models through structured metrics and data interpretation
• Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to support strategic product decisions
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses
• Define product KPIs and monitor progress toward objectives

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Hands-on experience working on AI-driven products or collaborating with AI/ML teams
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL; Python/R is a plus)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes
• Proficient in using Jira for project and task management
• Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
