Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients during pre-event discussions, understanding requirements, and managing expectations.Handle client queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the event lifecycle.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Operational ExcellenceOversee all aspects of event operations, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Maintain meticulous records and manage EMS (Event Management System) entries accurately. Internal Team CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams (production, technology, communications, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, driving accountability and performance. Problem Solving & NegotiationProactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for the company and clients. Technology & Platform ManagementDemonstrate proficiency in virtual event platforms such as Zoom and an understanding of broadcast aesthetics.Provide in-room technical support and manage virtual event logistics.Stay updated on emerging event technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Analytical & Reporting SkillsAnalyze event data, generate reports, and present insights to management and clients.Track key metrics and KPIs to measure event success and identify areas for improvement. Remote Event ManagementManage and support events remotely, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction across locations. Documentation & Playbook CreationDevelop comprehensive event playbooks and guides for client reference and internal use.Document best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements. ​RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.6-8 years of experience in MNC, Broadcast, Events, FMCG, or Hospitality sectors.Proven track record in managing corporate events, client communications, and team coordination.Strong operational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.Proficient in virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom) and comfortable with technology adaptation.Experience in remote event management and documentation.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
