"Please note that this job is a seasonal role (FTC) for 11 months on the payroll of Amazon"
A Day in the life of a Sr Compliance Associate: You follow the SOP, feedback and guidance provided to ensure incoming requests are fulfilled with optimal productivity, assured quality, and within set SLAs. You support the team and organization in various projects. 1. Fulfill incoming requests following set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 2. Maintain defined quality standards. 3. Provide ideas, collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders for process improvement projects. 4. Be open to operating in rotational shifts (any 5 days in a week). 1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience Bachelors degree Speak, write, and read fluently in English Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with Excel Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies for more information.
