We are seeking a
dynamic and detail-oriented professional
to join our Finance team as an Associate/ Sr. Associate - Accounts(e-commerce)
. The role involves assisting in
revenue reconciliation
and monitoring, and resolving finance-related reconciliation and queries
raised by internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for allocating tasks within the team
to support key functions such as accounting, audit, and taxation
.
What will you do at Fynd
- Assist in
revenue & finance data reconciliation
and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. - Customer onboarding and KYC verification

Maintain and update the customer master
, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. -
Track and monitor revenue
across business segments, identifying and investigating variances where required. - Perform
brand and ledger reconciliations
, including comprehensive reconciliation of all financial data, to ensure alignment between brand accounts, system data, and internal ledgers. -
Coordinate with the accounts team
to ensure correct revenue and settlement recognition and implement necessary adjustments in the books. -
Resolve finance-related queries
from brands and internal/external stakeholders
, ensuring timely and effective resolution. -
Assist in audit activities
by providing required data, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. - Support
internal financial reporting
, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal control standards.
Some more requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience
in the e-commerce industry, spanning B2C, B2B, D2C, and Marketplace
sectors. - Educational background: Commerce Graduate, and any post-graduation would be adding advantage

Proficiency in MS Excel
and Tally Prime
is essential. -
Familiarity with SAP
will be an added advantage. - Experience with
SQL, Looker / Data Studio, Tableau, Gecko Board
, and managing complex spreadsheets will be an added benefit. - Strong
analytical and presentation skills
for communicating insights to senior leadership. - Solid
business acumen, problem-solving ability
, and effective communication skills
. - Proven experience in
handling multiple initiatives
, managing stakeholder expectations
, and working independently with minimal supervision
. - Extensive
accounting experience
, particularly focused on e-commerce transactions
. - Deep understanding of
e-commerce platforms and payment processing systems
