Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Collaborate with APAC Procurement Managers, business stakeholders, and suppliers on procurement-related activities within the region.
  
• Support day-to-day procurement requests from business units, ensuring proper processes and documentation are followed.
  
• Coordinate with external suppliers to collect required documents for procurement and due-diligence checks.
  
• Conduct basic commercial analysis, comparing supplier quotations and evaluating value.
  
• Prepare and execute contract documents using approved templates and guidelines.
  
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records of procurement requests and contract information in the online system.
  

Contributing Responsibilities

• Ensure all procurement documentation is properly stored, tracked, and easily retrievable.
  
• Assist in process improvements and provide general support to the APAC procurement function as needed.
  

Requirements (Typical for This Role)

• 13 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, or administrative support (non-IT preferred).
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with stakeholders and suppliers.
  
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational capability.
  
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and commercial evaluation.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.).
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
