Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations across PAN India, ensuring seamless coordination with design, project, finance, and site teams. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic sourcing, vendor empanelment, rate contracts, and cost optimization for categories such as interiors, MEP, acoustics, lighting, furniture, and system integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead procurement for various categories including C&I subcontracting, system furniture, carpets, chairs, loose furniture, blinds, ceilings, glazed partitions, sanitary ware, green walls, graphics & signage, MEP, acoustics, lighting, and BIM/consultant services. - Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including tendering, bid evaluations, negotiations, PO issuance, and contract closure. - Float online tenders on PROCOL, conduct pre-tender and pre-bid meetings. - Execute open-book and lump-sum negotiations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and submit recommendations for approval. - Create and maintain BOQ, PR, PO, and related documentation with timely internal approvals. - Develop rate contracts with consultants and suppliers across various domains. - Maintain and periodically review a strong strategic vendor base ensuring quality, reliability, and competitive pricing. - Drive continuous vendor empanelment, re-evaluation, and performance assessments. - Establish and implement supplier management policies and procurement standardization. - Conduct cross-functional forums to integrate vendor innovations and capabilities. - Lead vendor capacity mapping to meet project needs and ensure uninterrupted supply continuity. - Handle production requirement planning (PRP) and scheduling to ensure timely material availability for all projects. - Work closely with project teams and suppliers to optimize inventory and ensure project timelines. - Customize BOM for additional items arising during project execution. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. - 8-15 years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Development, and Supply Chain Management preferably in interior fit-out, furniture, construction, or related industries. - Strong working knowledge of SAP, eProcurement tools, PROCOL, and ERP systems. - Proven expertise in vendor negotiations, rate finalization, and managing multi-category procurement portfolios. - Excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.,
