Qualification

• Experience in

  secondary sourcing, procurement, or wholesale buying

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets. Databricks (creating queries). Ability to generate reports and analyze data

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and vendor relationships.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of secondary sourcing and be able to communicate processes and report to management including business leaders.
• Daily/Weekly review of all offers from

  Secondary Source Suppliers

  and execution within agreed parameters to issue Purchase Orders
• Manages ad-hoc requests and analyses, to strategically utilize secondary source to source scare/constrained supply and mitigate other business risks, including one-time buys, special requests or offers
• Creating and maintaining, distributing and enhancing all program reporting, including buy, value, and manufacturer impact reporting.
• Weekly and monthly reporting and review of 2-12 secondary suppliers. Facilitation of regular supplier collaboration calls to review performance metrics.
• Creation and maintenance of all programs and process documentation.
• Will be accountable to Budgeting and forecasting the program volume and value by month on a rolling 12-month basis.
