Procurement Specialist-Machine Manufacturing

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Operations team at a leading multidisciplinary technology company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, handling both local and international suppliers, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven purchasing. This role requires strong negotiation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for technological and industrial components.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Handle procurement of off-the-shelf parts, mechanical components, and enclosures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with project needs.
• Maintain and update procurement records in ERP systems (Priority – an advantage).
• Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining supplier relationships.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within a multidisciplinary industrial/technology company.
• Proven experience in purchasing off-the-shelf parts, mechanical components, and enclosures.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working with both local and international suppliers.
• Highly organized, service-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
