We are looking for Primary Coordinator for Residential School

Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership

• Implement curriculum as per school board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/IB, etc.).
• Ensure lesson plans, teaching methods, and learning outcomes are aligned with academic standards.

Teacher Management & Development

• Lead, mentor, and supervise primary school teaching staff.
• Plan and conduct teacher training, workshops, and capacity-building sessions.
• Facilitate coordination meetings among teachers to share best practices.

Student Development

• Monitor academic and emotional development of students.
• Work closely with hostel wardens, counselors, and parents to address student issues.
• Ensure implementation of inclusive education strategies and remedial plans.

Parent Communication

• Organize parent-teacher meetings and maintain regular communication with parents/guardians.

Residential Life Coordination

• Collaborate with residential staff to support student life beyond academics.
• Participate in evening or weekend duties on a rotational basis, if required.
• Ensure smooth integration of academic and hostel life for young learners.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a residential school is highly desirable.
