Hirings CPET / Plastic / ITI (PPO) / Diploma (Plastic & Polymer)

We looking for freshers and Experience candidate from CPET / ITI (Plastic/Process Operator) / Diploma (Plastic & Polymer) backgrounds.

Qualification:

• CPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology)
• ITI – Plastic Processing Operator (PPO)
• Diploma in Plastic / Polymer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of masterbatches (color, additive, white, black).
• Operate and monitor extruders, mixers, and other compounding equipment.
• Ensure raw material feeding as per the batch formulation.
• Conduct basic quality checks (MFI, color matching, moisture).
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around machines and work area.
• Record daily production and report any deviations or breakdowns.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational SOPs strictly.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of plastics and polymers.
• Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
