You are a skilled and experienced Procurement Executive responsible for managing the IT Applications & Cyber Security spend pool. Your key responsibilities include Contract Management, Supplier Management, and various IT Procurement tasks. With 3-6 years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, you have successfully handled Cyber Security, Information Security, and IT applications. You have a proven track record of achieving cost savings and effectively managing supplier relationships. Your main tasks will involve developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchases of goods and services. You will be responsible for processing purchase orders, managing supplier and stakeholder relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms. Additionally, you will be involved in new vendor development, supplier evaluation, and maintaining a comprehensive supplier database in compliance with local laws and regulations. As an ideal candidate, you possess proven experience as an IT buyer, Software licensing, or a similar role in an Engineering R&D, IT, or ITES company. You have a deep understanding of procurement and sourcing practices and tools, strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in SAP HANA, ARIBA Sourcing, and Microsoft Office is required. Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering are essential qualifications for this role. Your role will also involve driving Process Improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives, as well as ensuring accurate reporting of procurement activities and metrics.,
