As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will lead and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Procure-to-Pay Process You will help build and facilitate a world-class procurement experience and train key business partners on the process You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and all cross-functional business partners to ensure accurate procurement steps are taken Reporting to the Manager of Procurement Operations, your goal is to deliver a positive procurement experience for all Unity employees Are you intellectually curious, analytical, and driven? This position requires working late evenings from 2 PM to 11 PM (IST), with a 1-hour lunch break included What You'll Be Doing Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible value for the company, while balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines Reviewing order requests, reviewing requisitions, ensuring coding is correct and valid justification is provided, issuing purchase orders, facilitating the approval process, and ensuring receipts are created in a timely manner to allow for invoice payment Act as liaison between Unity and vendors in matters related to the Procure-to-Pay process and work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure proper and timely processing of Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order Invoices Assist in managing all key business users usage of the procurement system and resolve issues where necessary Participate in special projects, analyses, and ad hoc tasks as required What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service skills The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and timelines Previous experience as a buyer or other purchasing specialist (Facilities, HR, and Professional Services) Familiarity with P2P tools and basic accounting principles Technically savvy and capable of learning new technologies You might also have Detailed understanding of end-to-end Procurement transactions in a largeglobal technology company Experience with procurement approval workflows, purchasing policy compliance, and contract review processes Bachelors Degree with an analytical focus (in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, etc) and/or Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, and/or relevant industry certification(s) Additional Information Relocation support is not available for this position Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Life at Unity We offer a wide range of benefits designed to support employees' well-being and work-life balance You can read more about them on our career page Unity [NYSE: U] is the leading platform to create and grow games and interactive experiences Creators, ranging from game developers to artists, architects, automotive designers, infrastructure experts, filmmakers, and more, use Unity to bring their imaginations to life across multiple platforms, from mobile, PC, and console, to spatial computing As of the third quarter of , more than 70% of the top 1,000 mobile games were made with Unity, and in , Made with Unity applications had an average of 3 7 billion downloads per month For
