Job Description

Experience Required: 4+ Years Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM Onwards) Responsibilities Work experience, expertise & understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function, including NDA Processing, Contract Management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Executed Contract/Documents, Receipting, Invoices (PO/Non-PO), Vendor Management – Setup & Maintenance, Understanding of W8/W9 and other mandatory forms, 3-way match, Payment’s activities, Helpdesk mgmt. & Rejection’s process, Reporting and Analytics Responsible for managing Onshore stake holders; build strong relationship with the client Manage the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes & reporting Work with Vendors / Requestors as required Must have excellent accounting knowledge and conceptuality strong Analyze and research all discrepancies/exceptions in the process Monitor key performance parameters of the process & to ensure adherence to SLA Initiate cross training and create adequate back ups Design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices, ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies Strong presentation skills, prepare and present month end reports to client To work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by Manager To consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of work and improve the means of working on processes. Initiate and facilitate continuous process improvements Actively, offering ideas, insights and recommendations towards process improvements which will enable team to improve its overall efficiency To undertake such other additional duties as required and leadership qualities Competencies Required Experience in Ariba, SAP, Service Now High level of computer proficiency and excellent MIS skills Preferred knowledge in new reporting tools like Power BI Clear written and verbal communication High level of Customer Service and Quality Orientation Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement Makes the Client the compelling focus of the business Strong Communication and Motivational Skills Ability to lead in a continually challenging environment Effectively plan, prioritize and execute everyday floor operations Qualifications B.Com- Must Have Show more Show less
