Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiating contracts, and developing procurement strategies. The individual will manage vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of materials, and monitor contract compliance. Analytical thinking and efficient decision-making will be essential for optimizing procurement processes and cost management.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and the ability to assess and select vendors based on quality, cost, and performance metrics.
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to establish agreements and maintain supplier relationships effectively.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement data, identify trends, and optimize cost efficiency and quality standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience in the construction industry or related fields will be considered an advantage.
