Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end procurement and vendor management for a large-scale theme park project, including vendor shortlisting, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, contract support, and coordination with domestic and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & shortlist vendors (India & International)
Issue RFQs/RFPs and evaluate quotations
Prepare comparative statements & cost benchmarking
Lead commercial negotiations and finalization
Coordinate international sourcing (China/Europe/UAE)
Support contract drafting and finalization
Work closely with project, design & site teams
Track budgets, timelines & vendor performance

Key Skills:

Capex & project procurement
Strong negotiation & vendor management
International sourcing exposure
Commercial & contract understanding
